ORDERS

I received my order but I have a problem with the product, what can I do?

We sincerely apologize for delivering a product that does not meet the SEARCH standard. Please feel free to reach out to SUPPORT@SEARCHDESIGN.CO with your name and order number to discuss a solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed. Please review your order before submitting to ensure accuracy.

I have not received any confirmation since placing my order, what should I do?

The email address may have been entered incorrectly or the confirmation was sent to spam. Please contact SUPPORT@SEARCHDESIGN.CO for help confirming your order.

How do I know the status of my order?

Following order confirmation you will receive an e-mail summary of your order. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible; as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail containing your tracking number.

Where do you deliver?

SEARCH currently delivers in the United States. For deliveries outside of the US, please reach out to SUPPORT@SEARCHDESIGN.CO to discuss shipping options.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order confirmation and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined by your order's destination. Continue to checkout for shipping calculation.

RETURNS

How can I return a purchase?

You can submit a return request for an item within 14 days of order delivery.
To make a return, please contact SUPPORT@SEARCHDESIGN.CO with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Please note: returned item(s) must be in their original condition, without having been worn or washed, and in their original packaging. Once received, your item will be examined (condition, smell, packaging). If returned items are not in their
original condition, we will not be able to accept your return, and will
be obligated to return them to you.

You have 14 days after validation of your return to send the return package.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Upon confirmation of return, our team will process the refund immediately. The refund is made on the payment method used during the purchase and, depending on your bank, should be posted within 5-10 days.
